For a personal 1-on-1 coaching, Steve draws on his years of experience with a wide variety of productivity and effectiveness tools and techniques. He works with every client in a caring and constructive way, starting from where they are, meeting on a frequency which works for them to devise a customized plan of action to create new habits and patterns of behaviors. Intensive coaching sessions are typically on a monthly cadence to define the next step in the process. Quick check-ins, which often double as “accountability” sessions, are held periodically between the intensive sessions to monitor progress and provide any guidance necessary to ensure that progress is being made on the new approach.
