Steve Kirch is a business coach with a passion for enabling you to achieve your best. During his very successful career in high-tech, in which he managed teams in all aspects of hardware development, Steve always made developing his team and the people around him a top priority. More than 20 years ago, he was exposed to Stephen Covey’s seminal work, “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”. He became certified as a facilitator and has been teaching that material ever since. Along the way he was exposed to and became trained to deliver a variety of leadership, personal and organizational productivity tools which he uses in his coaching practice. As a life-time learner, he is constant adding to his bag of tools to provide the very latest in new ideas to devise a customized plan to help you achieve your goals.

Steve has a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Illinois, is the co-author of a number of technical papers and is the co-inventor on eight patents. He loves to sing and is a member of two Bay-area, award winning, a cappella (barbershop) choruses and the 2016 Far Western District Senior champion quartet – Spellbound. He also loves to ride his bicycle, play golf and travel. He’s been married to his wife Donna for more than 35 years and has two daughters who are making their own way in the world.
